Requesting and sharing payments easily

VakıfBank added a new one to its innovative steps in the field of digital banking. VakıfBank, one of the active stakeholders of the “Request Payment” project carried out in cooperation with the Interbank Card Center (BKM) and the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, allows its customers to easily and quickly benefit from payment request and sharing transactions via VakıfBank Mobile and internet banking, within the scope of this innovative project.

VakıfBank Deputy General Manager Ferkan Merdan said that: “Users who perform multiple payment requests can also share payments such as invoices or card expenses with different people. VakıfBank enables payments to be made with digital convenience with the project in which it is a stakeholder. Digitality is important for creating the foundations of tomorrow rather than providing the convenience of today. With this approach, we focus on our view that digital makes it easier and offer Request Payment to the use of our customers.” Individual and commercial customers using VakıfBank Mobile and internet banking experience a safe, fast and user-friendly payment experience thanks to the “Request Payment” service. The project makes financial transactions more accessible by streamlining payment request flows between customers. While VakıfBank customers can request multiple payments through VakıfBank Mobile and internet banking channels, they can also share payments such as invoices or card expenses with different people.
